In accordance with
Ohio Law, this purchase allows an Ohio resident to possess fireworks in
the State of Ohio for transportation Out-of-State within a 48 hour
period.
A form must
accompany the purchased fireworks, must be attached to an invoice
itemizing the quantity of fireworks purchased, and must be made
available upon request by a Law Enforcement Officer of Fire Authority.
